How long do your candles burn?
Our candles burn for approximately 90 hours for our 11oz and 115 for the 18oz.
What ingredients do you use?
All of Daily Zens product ingredients are thoughtfully sourced to create safe, sustainable products that are vegan, cruelty-free and never tested on animals.
Our wax is natural formulated with coconut + soy. It’s completely Paraben, Phthalate and Palm Oil free. Coconut Soy burns cleaner and slower - offering a longer lifespan to keep your home cozy and smelling lovely for as long as possible before your next restock!
Our candles are made using a blend of fine fragrance oils sourced from all-natural ingredients.
How fragrant are your products?
Our fragrances are crafted to elevate, not overwhelm. To ensure your space is well-scented, we suggest using each product in the appropriately sized space.
Small to Medium Spaces: 11 oz Candles.
Large Spaces: 18 oz Candles
How do I keep the scent of my candle to last as long as possible?
To keep your candle smelling nice and lovely for as long as possible we would recommend to not burn your candle for more than 4 hours at a time and when not burning to keep the lid on your candle
Can I recycle my candle vessel?
Yes! To remove the last bit of wax in your vessel, we recommend briefly putting it into the freezer. Wipe it clean and use it as a glass, to store your makeup brushes, plant succulents, or any other creative thing you can think of.
What is the best way to care for your products?
Trim the candle’s wick to 1/4” before or after every burn session and allow the candle to burn for 2-4-hour intervals, or until a full melt pool has formed.
Orders
Can I cancel my order?
Absolutely! If you’ve changed your mind, we can try to help! Simply email us at support@dailyzens.com as soon as possible. As long as your order hasn’t been processed, we’ll get that canceled for you!
Unfortunately, once the order has gone to processing, you can’t cancel your order. Our candle creation process is rigorous to ensure you get the best quality candle. Over 20 skilled hands are involved in the process, once it begins, it becomes difficult for us to cancel the order.
We know it’s not easy if you are not accustomed to buy so far in advance.
But environmentally speaking, our planet already suffers from the consequences of the excessive mass production made by brands. So, we made it our mission to focus on creating for you the best possible candle and experience without harming our planet.
How can I update my order?
If you need to modify your order, email us at support@dailyzens.com as soon as possible and we’ll do what we can! Depending on how far along your order is in the processing queue, we might be able to help.
Where can I check the status of my order?
That’s easy! Simply log into your Accounts page at shop.dailyzens.com and check under Order History. All past and current orders will be detailed here, including the status of your order or simply, email us at support@dailyzens.com and one of our friendly agents will help look it up for you!
When will my credit card be charged?
Payment on an order is processed at the time it is submitted for processing. In the event that an item cannot be fulfilled, you will be reimbursed immediately back to the original form of payment.
What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept either PayPal or Bank Debit/Credit Cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover)! We currently cannot accept multiple forms of payment except when you choose to redeem a product voucher.
How can I correct my mailing address?
As long as your order hasn’t shipped, we can probably help! Email us at support@dailyzens.com as soon as possible!
Shipping
What countries do you ship to?
We currently ship to US and Canada.
How much does it cost to ship my order?
We currently offer a simple flat rate shipping fee of $5.99 to ship domestically (within the US) through USPS shipping!
If you’re shopping internationally, you’ll be responsible for any incurred shipping costs based on our partnered couriers and their defined prices. While we strive to offer our customers the best prices, we currently have no control over international shipping costs - apologies if they appear unreasonable to
you! Customers will be responsible for any duties or customs charges that may apply. Shipping internationally will vary, but you’ll find that automatically calculated at checkout.
How long does it take for my order to arrive?
Please give us aprox. 6-8 weeks to ship your products. When you pick a scent, we freshly hand craft and pour the candles. We are working overtime to ship out your order as quickly and safely as possible.”. Thank you for your patience and understanding.
You will receive a shipping notification with tracking information once your order leaves our fulfilment center.
Once shipped through USPS, domestic orders take typically takes 3-7 business days from the time your order is placed before it arrives at its destination!
International orders typically arrive within 1-2 weeks, which includes both the time it takes us to process the order in addition to its transit to you!
Can I ship orders to multiple addresses?
Customers are currently limited to one mailing address per order. If you need to ship to multiple individuals, please make sure to submit separate orders!
Do you accept returns?
In order to be eligible for a return and/or exchange, all products must remain unused and in a re-sellable condition and must be initiated within 14 days of the delivery date. To begin an initiation process, simply email us at contact@dailyzens.com!
Please note that shipping costs are nonrefundable, and customers will be responsible for the cost to ship items back to us.
For your protection, items must be returned shipping prepaid, insured for the full value and safely wrapped to prevent shipping damage.
Upon your package’s return, you’ll be notified of any approved or rejected requests for a refund; in the event that you are approved for a refund, your refund will be processed back to the original form of payment within seven (7) business days.
However, at this time, to protect the safety of both our staff and customers during a global pandemic, we are currently not accepting exchanges.
Some candles may have what is called a “wet spot”. This is just the wax contracting away from the glass at an uneven rate. It does not always happen but can happen during shipping due to temperature and humidity changes. The candles are not defective and will burn correctly. Candles cannot be returned because you do not like the look of wet spots
Can I exchange my item for another?
We want to make sure that you’re 100% satisfied with your order! However, at this time, to protect the safety of both our staff and customers during a global pandemic, we are currently not accepting exchanges.
I received a damaged product. What do I do? I’m missing an item from my order. What do I do?
Oh no! We’re sorry if you’ve received an incomplete order, but we’d love to help correct it right away! We will always review errors internally and find the best course of action from there. Email us at support@dailyzens.com and we’ll be more than happy to help.
I received the wrong item! What do I do?
